Our high-quality, hot-packed wine juice was produced with great care and is ready for you to nurture it through fermentation. All of our juices are treated with metabisulfite, with the exception of Cranberry. Regardless of which variety you have purchased, no additional sulfite should be added prior to fermentation. All of our red wine juices are hot-pressed. All juices except Peach and Strawberry are standardized at 21 percent sugar, unless they are naturally higher, then they are left alone. All acids and pH levels are labeled on the product for your convenience.

To make great wine you have to start with great grapes and fresh juice. PIWC has been dedicated to selling the highest quality grapes and juices to home winemakers and commercial wineries since 1964. Our fresh local grapes & juices are the same ones we use in our commercial winery operation to produce our popular and award winning wines. We purchase only from the best local and regional growers and hold our growers to exacting quality standards. Our staff is actively involved in the grower community to maintain the highest quality standards in viticulture and grape handling and processing. We believe in establishing strong relationships with our growers and insist on a commitment to quality practices from all growers with whom we do business. We stand by our growers who maintain that commitment and move on from those who don't. This approach provides a consistent supply of quality fruit for our customers and for us and a consistent and reliable market for our growers. We also provide our customers with grapes and juice products from Italy, Chile, Spain, Australia, California and the West Coast, and regionally.

Varieties: PIWC has been selling high quality grapes and juices to home winemakers and commercial wineries since 1964. We were one of the first, if not the first, in our region to do so. With the exception of those from the West Coast, these grapes & juices are the same ones we use in our commercial winery operation to produce our popular and award winning wines. We offer a wide variety of Red and White, Native Labrusca, French Hybrid, Vinifera, Italian, and California grapes and juices.

Quality Product: ALL of our grapes are hand-picked to maintain quality and consistency. Our juices are lightly pressed, settled, sulfited and chilled to retard premature fermentation. We provide sugar, total acidity (T/A) and pH readings on all juices. We do not alter grapes or juices for sugar or acidity but will be more than happy to give our advice.

Your success is our success: We want your wine making experience to be enjoyable and satisfying. We stand behind the quality of the grapes and juices we sell. Though juices are settled and then racked before being sold, there will always be some sediment from which the wine, after fermentation will need to be racked. Sometimes a customer, especially on small orders, will get more sediment than is acceptable. When reasonable, we will make up the difference either by providing additional juice or giving a refund for the amount shorted. If you are dissatisfied or have a problem with our product please notify us. Please do not discard grapes or juice/wine before notifying us. Almost all wine problems can be rectified somehow and we will work with you to correct the situation.

Reading Soda Works sells wine juice that is ready to ferment upon pick up. All the guesswork is taken out of producing the 6 gallon batch of wine, allowing winemakers the easiest form of home winemaking. All juice orders are pick up only at our retail store. The Rinaldi EstateThe winery is located on the hills of Alto Monferrato, close to Acqui Terme, in the heart of one of the most precious areas of south Piedmont. The family business was founded in 1961 by Oreste Rinaldi. It is run today by his son Andrea and his daughter Paola. The family has been producing wine for 40 years from their vineyards located on a particularly privileged area with a favorable microclimate and a perfect southwestern exposure

The Cuvée Rosé from Laurent-Perrier is the most recognized rosé champagne in the world. The house uses its proprietary maceration technique and the wine is crafted for a fragrance and not mixed for a color. Held in an elegant bottle inspired by King Henri IV, it has been widely acknowledged for its consistent high quality for more than 40 years, and it is the benchmark for rosé champagne around the world.

Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé is truly remarkable for its highly expressive bouquet, stemming from very careful preservation of fresh fruit aromas during the wine making. Made with 100% Pinot Noir from 10 different "crus " (or villages), from the North and South areas of the Montagne de Reims, as well as the famous village of Bouzy. Grapes from carefully selected plots are meticulously sorted and de-stemmed before going into the vats, and the controlled maceration helps with the color extraction and the development of the full aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir.

Intensely fruity flavors, clean and slightly sharp, the wine opens to the sensation of freshly picked red berries: strawberries, Morello cherries, black currants and raspberries. The finish is supple and rounded.

Roland Champion Champagne Blanc de Blancs NV is aged for minimum 30 months (the minimum for NV is 15 months). This cuvee is made from 100% Chardonnay and is produced from the free run juice only. The current release is the result of the blend of the 2005, the 2006 and the 2007 vintage.Fresh and delicate, its fine bubbles and wide range of aromas will be perfect as an aperitif.
